The project is funded through private investments and the sale of resort homes. This plan will only work with the sale of the current Mt. Ogden golf course and WSU land. Chris Peterson will in turn make the improvements and provide the access covered in this website. The entire project will follow all applicable government guidelines for development of private mountain land and the appraisal and sale of public lands at fair market value.
